Content:

• Active Ingredients: Live attenuated poliovirus Type 1 and Type 3 (Sabin strains).
• Excipients: Kanamycin Acid Sulphate (not more than 20 μg), Neomycin Sulphate (not more than 20 μg), Magnesium Chloride (1 M), Phenol Red (traces).
• Dosage Form: Oral suspension.

Indications:

• Prevention of poliomyelitis caused by Type 1 and Type 3 polioviruses.

Instructions:

1. Administration: The vaccine is administered orally. Two drops (0.1 ml) are delivered directly into the mouth from the multidose vial by dropper1.
2. Storage: Once opened, the multidose vials should be kept between +2°C to +8°C.
3. Usage: Multi-dose vials can be used in subsequent immunization sessions for up to a maximum of 4 weeks, provided certain conditions are met.
4. Precautions: Avoid contaminating the dropper with saliva. Do not use the vaccine if the vaccinee is moderately or severely ill.
