Each film-coated tablet contains 90 mg of etoricoxib and 4.0 mg of lactose as an excipient.

Indications:
Etoricoxib is used for the symptomatic relief of:

• Osteoarthritis (OA): A joint disease resulting from the breakdown of cartilage.
• Rheumatoid arthritis (RA): A long-term inflammatory disease of the joints.
• Ankylosing spondylitis: An inflammatory disease of the spine and large joints.
• Acute gouty arthritis: Pain and inflammation caused by deposits of mineral crystals in the joints.
• Postoperative dental surgery pain: Short-term treatment of moderate pain after dental procedures.

Instructions:

• Dosage: The recommended dose for RA and ankylosing spondylitis is 90 mg once daily. For acute gout, the dose is 120 mg once daily for up to 8 days. For postoperative dental surgery pain, the dose is 90 mg once daily for up to 3 days.
• Administration: Take the tablet with a glass of water, with or without food.
• Precautions: Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary. Regularly review the need for continued treatment.
• Special Populations: Caution is advised in elderly patients and those with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney or liver disease.
