Indications:
Claritrox is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms in children aged 6 months to 12 years. These infections include:

• Upper respiratory infections (e.g., streptococcal pharyngitis)
• Lower respiratory infections (e.g., bronchitis, pneumonia)
• Acute otitis media
• Skin and skin structure infections (e.g., impetigo, folliculitis, cellulitis, abscesses)
• Disseminated or localized mycobacterial infections due to Mycobacterium avium or Mycobacterium intracellulare
• Localized infections due to Mycobacterium chelonae, Mycobacterium fortuitum, or Mycobacterium kansasii

Instructions:

1. Reconstitution: Add the required quantity of water to the bottle and shake well. The concentration of the reconstituted suspension is 125mg/5ml.
2. Administration: The prepared suspension can be taken with or without meals, and can be taken with milk.
3. Dosage: The recommended daily dosage for children is 7.5 mg/kg twice daily, up to a maximum dose of 500 mg twice daily. The usual duration of treatment is 5 to 10 days, depending on the severity of the infection.
4. Storage: Store below room temperature and do not refrigerate. The reconstituted suspension can be kept for up to 14 days.
