Content:

• Active Ingredient: Bortezomib 3.5 mg (as a mannitol boronic ester).
• Excipients: The powder is lyophilized (freeze-dried) and needs to be reconstituted with sterile water for injection or sodium chloride solution1.

Indications:

• Multiple Myeloma: Bortezomib is indicated for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma.
• Mantle Cell Lymphoma: It is also indicated for the treatment of patients with mantle cell lymphoma.

Instructions:

1. Reconstitution:
   • For intravenous use: Add 1.4 ml of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution to the vial containing Bortezomib powder. The solution should be clear and colorless.
   • For subcutaneous use: Add 1.4 ml of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution to the vial. The final concentration will be 2.5 mg/ml.
