DUTABIT PLUS 0.5/0.4 contains 0.5 mg of dutasteride and 0.4 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride. This combination medication is used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH).
Indications:
DUTABIT PLUS is indicated for:

• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Helps to improve urinary flow and reduce symptoms such as difficulty starting the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate frequently or urgently.

Instructions:

• Dosage: The usual dose is one capsule (0.5 mg dutasteride and 0.4 mg tamsulosin hydrochloride) once daily.
• Administration: Take the capsule with water. It can be taken with or without food.
• Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver disease, kidney disease, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid handling the capsules if you are a woman who is or may become pregnant.
