Indications

LIDOMA is used for:
Treatment of multiple myeloma:
As maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplantation.
In combination with dexamethasone for patients who cannot undergo transplantation.
Treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) associated with a deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality.
Treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in patients who have received at least one prior therapy.

Instructions

Dosage: Typically 25 mg once daily for 21 days of a 28-day cycle, but the exact dosage depends on the condition and is determined by a healthcare professional.
Administration: Take orally with water, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush or chew.
Precautions:
Avoid use if pregnant, as lenalidomide can cause severe birth defects.
