Indications

Xarelto is used for:
Prevention and treatment of blood clots in veins or lungs in pediatric patients.
Prevention of recurrence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) after initial treatment.

Instructions

Preparation: The granules must be reconstituted with water to form an oral suspension. Follow the instructions provided with the medication.
Dosage: Determined by the prescribing physician based on the child’s weight and condition.
Administration: Administer orally using the provided dosing syringe. Shake well before each use.
Precautions:
