Contents:
Each 5ml of DESTACURE contains:

• Desloratadine 2.5mg (active ingredient)
• Sucrose, Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, Disodium Edetate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Color Sunset Yellow Supra, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate, Essence Mix Fruit, and Purified Water (excipients).

Indications:
DESTACURE is indicated for the rapid relief of symptoms associated with:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, congestion/stuffiness, ocular itching, tearing, and redness.
• Urticaria: Relief of itching and reduction in the size and number of hives.

Instructions:

• Dosage for Children (1-5 years): 2.5ml (1.25mg) once daily, with or without food.
• Dosage for Children (6-11 years): 5ml (2.5mg) once daily, with or without food.
• Dosage for Adults and Adolescents (12 years and above): 10ml (5mg) once daily, with or without food.
• Administration: Take by mouth as directed by your physician.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
