Indications:
Cloxacillin is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It is particularly effective against infections caused by penicillinase-producing Staphylococci, which are bacteria that produce an enzyme that breaks down penicillin. Some common infections treated with Cloxacillin include:

• Endocarditis (infection of the inner layer of the heart)
• Pneumonia (infection of the lung)
• Respiratory tract infections
• Bone and joint infections
• Sepsis (blood infection)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Urinary tract infections

Instructions:

• Dosage: The usual dose for adults is 250-500mg every 6 hours. It is important to follow your doctor's prescription for the exact dosage and duration.
• Administration: Take Cloxacillin on an empty stomach, either 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
• Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day to help you remember. Even if you feel better, complete the entire course of therapy as prescribed by your doctor.
