ASMALIN SYRUP contains Terbutaline Sulphate (1.5mg/5ml). It is a bronchodilator used to relieve symptoms of bronchospasm associated with conditions like bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Indications:

• Bronchial Asthma: Helps to open up the airways in the lungs.
• Reversible Bronchospasm: Conditions like bronchitis and emphysema.

Instructions:

• Adults: Take 5mg (1 teaspoonful) three times daily. Do not exceed 15mg in 24 hours.
• Children (12-15 years): Take 2.5mg (1/2 teaspoonful) three times daily. Do not exceed 7.5mg in 24 hours.
• Administration: Shake well before use. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Precautions: Avoid activities requiring mental alertness (like driving) if you experience side effects like nervousness or drowsiness.
• Consultation: Always consult your doctor before starting or stopping the medication.
