Contents:
VYTORIN contains two active ingredients:

• Ezetimibe 10 mg: Inhibits the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine.
• Simvastatin 40 mg: Reduces the production of cholesterol in the liver.

Indications:
VYTORIN is used to:

• Lower levels of total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, and triglycerides.
• Increase levels of HDL (good) cholesterol.
• Reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular events in patients with high cholesterol levels.

Instructions:

• Dosage: Take one tablet once daily in the evening. The maximum recommended dosage is 10/40 mg once daily.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it4.
• Diet: Continue following a cholesterol-lowering diet while taking this medication.
• Monitoring: Your doctor may monitor your cholesterol levels regularly to adjust the dosage if necessary.
