Each inhalation delivers 92 micrograms of fluticasone furoate and 22 micrograms of vilanterol (as trifenatate), corresponding to a pre-dispensed dose of 100 micrograms of fluticasone furoate and 25 micrograms of vilanterol (as trifenatate).
Indications:
Relvar Ellipta is indicated for:

• Asthma: Regular treatment in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older who are not adequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids and 'as needed' inhaled short-acting beta2-agonists.
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Symptomatic treatment in adults with a FEV1 <70% predicted normal (post-bronchodilator) and an exacerbation history despite regular bronchodilator therapy.

Instructions:

1. Check the dose counter to ensure there are doses left.
2. Slide the cover down until a click is heard.
3. Breathe out gently away from the device and place the mouthpiece between your teeth without biting.
4. Breathe in strongly and deeply and hold your breath for 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable.
5. Remove the inhaler from your mouth while holding your breath.
6. Breathe out gently away from the inhaler.
7. Slide the cover upwards to cover the mouthpiece.
