Each Afinitor 5 mg tablet contains 5 mg of everolimus and 149 mg of lactose as an excipient.
Indications:
Afinitor 5 mg tablets are used to treat:

• Advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in postmenopausal women, in combination with exemestane.
• Progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic origin.
• Advanced renal cell carcinoma after failure of treatment with certain other therapies.
• Renal angiomyolipoma and tuberous sclerosis complex.
• Subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA) associated with tuberous sclerosis in both adults and children.

Instructions:

• Dosage: The recommended dose is 10 mg once daily, with or without food.
• Administration: Take the tablet at the same time each day.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose.
• Storage: Store below 30°C.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney issues, infections, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
