Contents:
  • Active Ingredients: Pneumococcal polysaccharides from 10 serotypes (1, 4, 5, 6B, 7F, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F, and 23F).
  • Conjugated to: Protein D (derived from non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae), diphtheria toxoid, and tetanus toxoid.

Indication:
SYNFLORIX is indicated for active immunization against invasive disease, pneumonia, and acute otitis media caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae in infants and children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
Instructions:
  1. Dosage Schedule:
    • Infants (6 weeks to 6 months): Three doses with an interval of at least one month between doses. A booster dose is recommended at least 6 months after the third dose.
    • Infants (7 to 11 months): Two doses with an interval of at least one month between them. A booster dose is recommended at least 2 months after the second dose.
    • Children (12 months to 5 years): Two doses with an interval of at least 2 months between them.
  2. Administration: Inject intramuscularly into the anterolateral thigh or deltoid muscle.
  3. Storage: Store in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze.
