Indications:
HUMIRA is indicated for the treatment of:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Psoriatic Arthritis
• Ankylosing Spondylitis
• Crohn's Disease
• Ulcerative Colitis
• Plaque Psoriasis
• Hidradenitis Suppurativa
• Uveitis
• Enthesitis-Related Arthritis

Instructions:

1. Before Use: Inform your doctor if you have any infections, tuberculosis, heart conditions, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
2. Administration: HUMIRA is administered via subcutaneous injection. Follow your doctor's instructions on dosage and frequency.
