Contents:

• Each vial contains 200 mg of Voriconazole.
• After reconstitution, each mL contains 10 mg of Voriconazole.

Indications:

• Invasive Aspergillosis: Treatment of invasive aspergillosis in adults and pediatric patients (2 years of age and older).
• Candidaemia: Treatment of candidaemia in non-neutropenic patients.
• Fluconazole-resistant Candida infections: Treatment of serious invasive Candida infections resistant to fluconazole.

Instructions:

1. Reconstitution: Reconstitute the powder with a suitable diluent to achieve a concentration of 10 mg/mL.
2. Dilution: Further dilute the reconstituted solution to 5 mg/mL or less before administration.
3. Administration: Administer the solution intravenously over a period specified by the physician.
4. Monitoring: Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended due to potential hepatic toxicity.
