AVEXA Avenez Syrup 0.5mg/ml contains Desloratadine 0.5mg/ml as the active ingredient. Desloratadine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria (hives).
Indications:
AVEXA Avenez Syrup 0.5mg/ml containing Desloratadine 0.5mg/ml is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Including hay fever and other allergies such as dust or pet allergies.
• Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria: Also known as chronic hives, which causes redness, swelling, and itching of the skin.

Instructions:

• Children aged 1-5 years: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) once daily.
• Children aged 6-11 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) once daily.
• Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) once daily.
