Contents:
Converium 150mg Tablets contain 150mg of irbesartan and 31.0mg of lactose monohydrate as an excipient.
Indications:

• Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure).
• Treatment of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension, characterized by elevated serum creatinine and proteinuria.

Instructions:

• Dosage: The usual recommended dose is 150mg once daily, with or without food. It can be taken at any time of the day.
• Adjustments: For patients undergoing hemodialysis or those over 75 years old, a lower starting dose of 75mg may be considered.
• Monitoring: Regular monitoring of blood pressure and kidney function is recommended.
• Pregnancy: Converium should not be used during pregnancy, especially after the first trimester.
• Interactions: Inform your doctor about any other medications you are taking, as Converium may interact with other drugs.
