Indication:
Targin tablets are used to relieve moderate to severe chronic pain when other treatments have not been effective. They are also used to treat severe to very severe restless legs syndrome in people who cannot be treated with dopamine medicines.
Instructions:

• Dosage: The usual starting dose is one tablet (10mg oxycodone / 5mg naloxone) every 12 hours. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not break, chew, or crush the tablet.
• Precautions: Do not take Targin if you are allergic to oxycodone, naloxone, or any other ingredients. Avoid if you have severe breathing problems, liver problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor.
• Side Effects: May include drowsiness, constipation (though naloxone helps counteract this), nausea, and dizziness.
