Axcel Hydrocortisone Cream contains Hydrocortisone as its active ingredient.
Indications:
Axcel Hydrocortisone Cream is used for the symptomatic relief of various skin conditions, including:

• Eczema (atopic, infantile, discoid, or stasis)
• Dermatitis (primary irritant, contact allergic, photo, or seborrhoeic)
• Insect bite reactions
• Prurigo nodularis
• Neurodermatoses
• Otitis externa
• Intertrigo
• Napkin rash (where concurrent infection is excluded or being addressed)

Instructions:

• Application: Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area 2 or 3 times daily.
• Preparation: Clean and dry the affected area before each application.
• Avoidance: Do not apply to open wounds, injured skin, or mucous membranes (eyes, nose, mouth).
• Duration: Use as directed by your doctor, typically for short-term treatment.
• Precautions: Avoid covering the treated area with airtight coverings unless instructed by your doctor.
