Indications

• Schizophrenia: Treatment of acute and chronic psychotic disorders

• Bipolar Disorder: Management of moderate to severe manic episodes

• Alzheimer’s Dementia: Short-term treatment (up to 6 weeks) of persistent aggression unresponsive to non-pharmacological approaches

• Conduct Disorder: Short-term symptomatic treatment (up to 6 weeks) of persistent aggression in children aged 5 years and older with subaverage intellectual functioning or mental retardation

 

Instructions

• Dosage:

  • Adults: Typically, 2 mg/day, adjusted based on individual response

  • Children (≥5 years): Starting dose of 0.5 mg/day, adjusted as necessary

• Administration: Take orally, with or without food

• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from light and moisture

• Precautions: Monitor for side effects such as sedation, weight gain, and extrapyramidal symptoms; adjust dosage as needed
