 Indications:
 Orfarin 5mg Tablet is used to:

• Prevent and treat deep venous thrombosis (DVT): Blood clots in the blood vessels of the lower limbs.
• Prevent and treat pulmonary embolism (PE): Blood clots in the blood vessels of the lungs.
• Prevent the formation or recurrence of blood clots after a heart attack.
• Prevent the formation of blood clots after heart valve replacement.
• Manage atrial fibrillation: Irregular and rapid heart rate.

 Instructions:

• Dosage: Take Orfarin 5mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken once a day, at the same time each day.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
• Consistency: Take it at the same time each day to maintain steady levels in your blood.
• Monitoring: Regular blood tests (INR) are required to monitor the effectiveness and safety of the medication.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are taking other medications.
