Each film-coated tablet contains Rosuvastatin Calcium equivalent to 10mg of Rosuvastatin.
Indications:
Alpharme Rosuvastatin is used to:

• Lower 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) and increase 'good' cholesterol (HDL-C).
• Reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke by lowering cholesterol levels.
• Treat primary dysbetalipoproteinemia (Type III Hyperlipoproteinemia).
• Manage primary hypercholesterolemia (Type IIa), including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia and severe non-familial hypercholesterolemia.
• Treat combined (mixed) dyslipidemia (Type IIb).
• Slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults as part of a treatment strategy to lower Total-C and LDL-C to target levels.

Indications:

• Dosage: Typically, 10mg once daily. However, the dosage may vary based on individual needs and response to treatment1.
