Content

• Formulation: Each tablet contains 80 mg of valsartan and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.

• Appearance: Oval, non-divisible, light orange film-coated tablets imprinted with 'HGH' on one side and 'CG' on the other side.

• Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 8000, talc, red iron oxide (E172), yellow iron oxide (E172), and titanium dioxide (E171). 

Indications

Co-Diovan 80/12.5mg is indicated for:

• Treatment of essential hypertension in adults.

• Second-line treatment for patients whose blood pressure is inadequately controlled by monotherapy. 

Instructions 

• Dosage: One tablet daily.

• Administration: Take orally with or without food.

• Maximum Dose: 320 mg valsartan and 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide per day.

• Storage: Store below 30°C in the original package to protect from moisture.
