Indications:

- Desloratadine Sandoz is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis (e.g., sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, congestion/stuffiness, ocular itching, tearing, and redness)

• Chronic idiopathic urticaria (e.g., relief of itching and reduction in the size and number of hives)

• Instructions:

  • Adults and adolescents (12 years and older):

    • One 5 mg tablet once daily, with or without food.

  • Children under 12 years:

    • Safety and efficacy have not been established; consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Elderly patients:

    • No dose adjustment is necessary unless there is renal impairment.

  • Renal impairment:

    • Use with caution; dosing adjustments may be required.
       

• Administration:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

  • Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

  • The dose can be taken with or without food.
     

• Storage Instructions:

  • Store below 30°C in a dry place.

  • Keep in the original packaging to protect from moisture.

  • Keep out of reach of children.
