Indication
Active immunization for prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A & B in adults & childn ≥3 yr.
 
Drug interaction
Affected immunological response w/ immunosuppresive or immunodeficiency therapy. Possible increased severity of adverse effects due to co-administration w/ other vaccines. Reduced immunological response w/ immunosuppressive therapy eg, radiotherapy, anti-metabolic, alkylating & cytotoxic agents; supraphysiological corticosteroid doses.
