Indications

Pocin-H Ear Drops are indicated for the treatment of:

• Otitis externa (outer ear canal infections)

• Infections of the middle ear cavity following ear surgery (e.g., mastoidectomy)
   

  Dosage Instructions

• Adults and Children ≥3 years:

  • Instill 3 drops into the affected ear(s) 3–4 times daily.

  • Alternatively, insert a gauze wick into the ear canal and keep it saturated with the solution for 24–48 hours.

  • Discontinue use if there is no clinical improvement after 7 days.

• Administration Tips:

  • Lie down or tilt your head so that the affected ear faces upward.

  • Gently pull the earlobe upward and backward (for adults) or downward and backward (for children) to straighten the ear canal.

  • Instill the prescribed number of drops into the ear canal.

  • Keep the ear facing up for about 2 minutes to allow the medication to spread inside the ear.

  • If necessary, a clean cotton plug may be gently inserted into the ear canal to prevent the medication from leaking out.
