Indications

Copan Injection is indicated for:

• Relief of smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract, and urinary tract

• Use as a diagnostic aid in radiology to reduce spasm during procedures such as endoscopy

• Management of motion sickness, nausea, vomiting, and vertigo

Dosage Instructions

• Adults: 1 or 2 ampoules (20 or 40 mg) administered intramuscularly or via slow intravenous injection 3 to 4 times daily.

• Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 100 mg per day.

• Administration Route: Intramuscular or slow intravenous injection.

• Elderly: Use with caution; consider reducing the daily dose to 12 mg due to increased sensitivity to anticholinergic effects.
