Indication
Prophylaxis of surgical infections, Septicaemia, Bone and joint infections, Central nervous system infections, Genitourinary infections, Gynaecological infections, Intra-abdominal infections, Respiratory tract infections, Skin and skin structure infections, Gonorrhoea.
 
Instruction
Administer via deep IM or slow IV injection.
 
Drug interaction
Increased risk of nephrotoxicity w/ aminoglycosides. Increased serum concentration w/ probenecid.
