Indications

Proezine 25mg Tablet is prescribed for:

• Treatment of allergic conditions of the upper respiratory tract and skin, such as perennial and seasonal rhinitis, and hives.

• Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting, including travel sickness and post-operative emesis.

• Preoperative sedation and to help patients feel more relaxed before and after surgery and during labor.

• Short-term use for treating difficulty sleeping in adults and as a sedative for children.
   

  Instructions for Use

• For Allergic Conditions:

  • Children (5–10 years): 1 tablet as a single dose; maximum daily dose is 1 tablet.

  • Children over 10 years and adults (including elderly): 1 tablet as a single dose, increasing to a maximum of 1 tablet twice daily as required.

• As Antiemetic (Prevent Vomiting):

  • Children over 10 years and adults (including elderly): 1 tablet to be taken the night before the journey. To be repeated after 6–8 hours as required.

• Short-Term Sedation:

  • Children (5–10 years): 1 tablet as a single nighttime dose.

  • Children over 10 years and adults (including elderly): 1 to 2 tablets as a single nighttime dose.

  • Single doses are best taken at night.

  • This medicine is not recommended for use in children under 2 years.
