Per 5 mL Pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg, promethazine HCl 3.125 mg
 
Indication
To relief dry irritating cough with nasal blockage
 
Instruction
Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml every six hours.
Children 6 – 12 years: 5ml every six hours
Children 2 – 5 years: 2.5ml every six hours
 
Drug interaction
Some medicines and DEXPROCO may interfere with each other. This include: furazolidone (antibiotic), procarbazine (anticancer), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) (antidepressant), antidepressant agent such as maprotiline and tricyclic, antidepressants, anticholinergic. These medicines may be affected by DEXPROCO or may affect how well it works.
