Indication
Temporary relief of nasal congestion, pain & fever. Relief of irritation of allergic symptoms eg, sneezing, itching & watery eyes.
 
Instruction
May be taken with or without food.
 
Drug interaction
Sympathomimetic agents eg, decongestants, TCAs, appetite suppressants & amphetamine-like psychostimulants & MAOIs. Bretylium, bethanidine, guanethidine, deprisoquine, methyldopa, α- & β-adrenergic blocking agents. Warfarin & other coumarins (long-term use).
