Indication
Osteoarthritis of the knee.
 
Instruction
Adult: PO As glucosamine tab/effervescent tab/cap: 1,250 mg once daily, as a single dose or in 2 divided doses. As glucosamine sulfate tab/soln: 1,500 mg once daily, as a single dose or in 2-3 divided doses. Re-evaluate treatment if relief is not achieved after 2-3 mth.
 
Drug interaction
May increase the anticoagulant effect of warfarin.
