Indications:

Zeteze-SM is prescribed to manage:

• Primary hypercholesterolemia (both familial and non-familial types)

• Mixed hyperlipidemia

• Hypertriglyceridemia

• Hyperlipoproteinemia

It is used when lifestyle changes alone (such as diet and exercise) are insufficient to control cholesterol levels. This combination therapy helps lower total cholesterol, LDL ("bad") cholesterol, and triglycerides, while increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol.

 

Instructions:

• Administration: Take the tablet orally, with or without food.

• Dosage: Follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and schedule.

• Consistency: Aim to take the medication at the same time each day to help remember.

• Grapefruit Juice: Avoid excessive consumption of grapefruit juice (>1 liter per day) during treatment.

• Diet: Continue adhering to a cholesterol-lowering diet as advised by your healthcare provider.
