Indications:

Esoz 40mg Tablets are used for:

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Treatment of symptoms and healing of erosive esophagitis.

• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: A rare condition where the stomach produces excessive acid.

• Prevention of Rebleeding: After intravenous esomeprazole administration for bleeding ulcers.

• Helicobacter pylori Eradication: In combination with antibiotics to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence.

• NSAID-Associated Gastric Ulcer Risk Reduction: In patients requiring continuous NSAID therapy.
   

Instructions:

• Dosage: Take one tablet daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not chew, crush, or break.

• Timing: It is recommended to take this medication at least one hour before meals.

• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it's almost time for the next dose; do not double the dose.

• Precautions:

  • Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney problems.

  • May interact with certain medications; inform your doctor of all medicines you are taking.

  • Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

  • Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment.
