Indication
Transient ischaemic attacks, secondary prevention of MI. Platelet aggregation inhibitor for prophylaxis against stroke, vascular occlusion & DVT. Prevention of graft occlusion in patients following aortocoronary by-pass surgery.
 
Instruction
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals. Place on tongue & allow to disperse w/o water, then swallow. Alternatively, swallow tab whole w/ water.
 
Drug interaction
Anticoagulants, gastric irritants.
